Aeration

Compacted soil prevents grass from establishing a healthy root system and keeps water and fertilizer from reaching the roots. Aeration can help relieve soil compaction, allowing your grass to grow deeper roots and make better use of water and fertilizer.

Overseeding

Overseeding with an improved grass seed mixture can get new turf growing in bare areas as well as "sprucing up" areas where the turf is thin and unhealthy looking. Overseeding a lawn with a slice seeder improves seed germination rates  for even results. We apply your seed and can offer recommendations on the best place to obtain quality seed appropriate for your lawn. In some cases is is more effective to overseed different varieties of seed in your sunny vs. shady areas.
